About Us
Originally established in the 1930s, our construction services range from building maintenance, refurbishment and electrical installations to new build construction, major building extensions and joinery manufacturing in Lancashire and Northwest UK.
From our central North West Base, we able to service building contracts right around the Northwest UK including Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
The company was formed in the 1930s by the late William Monks whose family continue to maintain and expand the business today.
Most of our 38 employees, which includes builders, joiners, electricians, plasterers and apprentices, have been with us since leaving school.
