From our central North West Base, we able to service our client’s building contracts right around the Northwest UK including Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
W Monks Ltd have long standing relationships with a wide range of sub contractors and suppliers, providing the ability to complete many types of building project. Our main focus is on building contracts up to £1,000,000 in value but will consider building projects outside this scope.

The company was formed in the 1930s by the late William Monks whose family continue to maintain and expand the business today.
Most of our 38 employees, which includes builders, joiners, electricians, plasterers and apprentices, have been with us since leaving school.
