W Monks (Longridge) Limited were contracted to carry out refurbishment works to the washroom facilities in this modern production plant. The works were carried out in the plant and offices whilst occupied. W Monks carried out the stripping out of the toilets out of normal working hours and then completed the project which included new wall and floor tiling, cubicles and sanitary ware.

During the project The client stipulated a strict programme to which the project was completed and strict conditions as to how the works were carried out in regards to the normal working operations of the plant.
